250 gr whole wheat flour

180 gr cold water

10 gr salt

Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 460F or 250C. Grill (or broil) mode.
Step 2
In a bowl mix the water and the salt until it dissolved.
Step 3
Add the flour. Mix until consolidation.
Step 4
Move to knead the dough on a floured working surface for about 3-4 minutes (not more!).
Step 5
Immediately roll the dough into a sausage shape and cut it into 4 pieces.
Step 6
Using a rolling pin- open each piece to a super-thin pita shape; the thinner= the crispier.
Step 7
Use a fork to make holes all over the matzah.
Step 8
Place the matzah on a baking tray and bake until you see brown spots on top.
Step 9
Take out and let it cool down and dry out completely.
Step 10
