Ingredients

2 corn on the cobs

2 limes

½ of a red onion

100 gr Feta cheese (I used Ezine Klasik which is the Turkish equivalent)

handful A of cilantro leaves

1 tablespoon sumac

½ tablespoon chili flakes

Salt

Extra virgin olive oil

Directions
Step 1
Heat up your grill to 600F or 320C.
Step 2
Shuck the corn and grill them for about 15 minutes or until they well chard.
Step 3
Let them cool down while you prep the rest of the salad.
Step 4
Cut the red onion in half and slice it as thin as you can.
Step 5
Separate the cilantro leaves from the stalks.
Step 6
Directly in the serving bowl, using a sharp knife, shave the grilled corn off the cob.
Step 7
Crumble the cheese.
Step 8
Add the rest of the ingredients and toss well.
Step 9
Serve next to all your BBQ food.
