Slice your brioche bread.

Slice a tomato thinly and salt them to your liking.

Wash the lettuce and separate to leaves.

Fry your bacon on medium heat until crispy. Start by placing the bacon cold on the pan, then turn on the heat. No need to add oil to the frying as the bacon will release its own fat.

Build the sandwich by spreading mayo on each slice of brioche. Add the tomato's slices. Add the lettuce. Add the bacon. Close the sandwich.
