• 1 cup deep fry batter mix

• 4 ears of corn, husked and cut into halves or thirds

• 1 cup coconut milk

• 1 teaspoon paprika

• 1 teaspoon Tajin seasoning

• Oil for frying

1. Prepare the Batter:

• In a mixing bowl, combine the deep fry batter mix, coconut milk, paprika, and Tajin seasoning.

• Stir well until the batter is smooth and all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

• Pour enough oil into a deep fryer or a large pot to submerge the corn pieces.

• Heat the oil to 350°F (175°C).

• Dip each piece of corn into the batter, ensuring it is thoroughly coated.

• Carefully place the battered corn into the hot oil.
