In a large bowl add 2 C. Coffee creamer, 1/4C. Cinnamon, 1tsp. Nutmeg, 2tbsp. Vanilla Extra, 2 Eggs & 1C. Sugar. Mix well & sit aside. 

In a small bowl whisk 3 egg with 1/4 cup heavy cream & set aside.  

In a hot skillet/pan cook 4 sausage patties & chop into bits while cooking.

 Add 2tbsp. Salted Butter to same skillet & add eggs. Cook until fluffy. 

 Take 8 slices of bread & warm in microwave for 15 seconds to soften.

 With the smaller circular glass, press into cheese slices to get perfectly circular shape. 

Now to assemble your Uncrustable. Start with a slice of bread, circle cheese, sausage bits, eggs, cheese & top with bread. 

Take bigger circular glass and press where ingredients are. You'll have a perfectly sealed Uncrustable. 

Coat in French toast mixture & add to cinnamon sugar buttered pan. 

Cook on both side for 3-5 minutes on  medium heat until fully glazed. Add to cinnamon sugar to finish.
