Mashed Potatoes are the GOAT when it comes to sides. But roasted garlic mashed potatoes are even better! These are smooth, rich, and creamy potatoes. Most importantly guaranteed to blow your mind with flavor.

Perfectly Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Preheat Air-fryer or oven to 400 degrees.

Chop the head of the Garlic. Drizzle liberally with Grapeseed Oil and season with Salt & Pepper. Fully wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Boil water and add a hefty pinch of salt. With a peeler, peel 5lb (Whole Bag) of Yukon Gold Potatoes until fully peeled, leaving no skin behind. Add potatoes to boiling water for 15-20 minutes or until fork tender.

While the potatoes are cooking, in a sauce pan, add 1 cup Heavy Cream and 1/8 Cup of Chives. Let it simmer on low heat and whisk every 2 minutes for 6-12 minutes.

Once potatoes are done, add 1-2 potatoes into your Potato Ricer and Rice over a Mixing Bowl (This ensures your potatoes have a smooth consistency).

Pour heavy cream mixture over potatoes and mix well. Add in 1 stick of melted salted butter and mix until smooth.

Season potatoes with 1 Tbsp Garlic Salt and 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese. Taste and adjust to your preferred flavor.

Plate and garnish with Chives and you're ready to SERVE!
