Indulge in the ultimate savory delight with the Mozzarella Stuffed Meatlovers Pizza, a tantalizing masterpiece that combines the best of two worlds: the comforting allure of meatlovers and the irresistible appeal of gooey, molten mozzarella cheese.

Mozzarella Stuffed Meatlovers Pizza

Dice 2-3 strips of Bacon into Chunks or small pieces according to your preference. In a Medium Nonstick Pan over medium-high heat, add the diced Bacon and cook for 6-8 minutes or until the Bacon turns nice and crispy. Introduce half a pack (8oz) of Ground Italian Sausage into the pan. Finely chop and cook until fully done. Once cooked, set aside.

On a Large Cutting Board, sprinkle and spread some Flour. Sprinkle additional Flour on top of the dough and roll it out using a Rolling Pin until you achieve your desired size. Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough onto your Pizza Pan.

In a Small Bowl, combine a Whole Stick (8 Tbsp) Of Melted Garlic Butter. (Alternatively, use salted butter and add 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste for flavor). Add 1/3 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese and 1/4 Tbsp of Oregano to the melted butter. Mix the ingredients well until a paste-like texture is formed.

Line the outer edge of your prepared dough with Mozzarella Cheese Strings, ensuring they encircle the perimeter. Fold over any excess dough to seal, creating a stuffed crust. Spread the prepared Garlic Parmesan Butter mixture generously on the base of the dough and along the crust, ensuring thorough coverage over every part of the pizza.

Using a ladle, apply Pizza Sauce evenly over the prepared dough, spreading it across the surface. Sprinkle approximately 4 oz of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese over the Pizza Sauce, ensuring complete coverage of the bottom layer. Distribute the crispy Bacon, Pepperoni, and Italian Sausage evenly over the cheese layer. Cover the meats with the remaining Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, creating a generous and flavorful topping. Sprinkle Oregano over the top for an additional burst of herbaceous flavor.

Place the assembled pizza in the oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the desired doneness is achieved, with the cheese bubbly and the crust golden brown. Once baked, carefully remove the pizza from the oven and transfer it to a clean Cutting Board. Use a Pizza Cutter to slice the pizza into 8 delicious portions.

Top with Grated Parmesan Cheese for garnish!
