This indulgent dish pairs succulent lobster meat with al dente pasta strands, bathed in a luscious sauce that celebrates the delicate flavors of the sea. Lobster Pasta

Prep your vegetables, mince 5-6 cloves of Garlic & 1 Shallot.

In some salted boiling water add in 16oz Fettuccine Pasta and cook until Al-Dente (8-12 minutes). Strain Pasta leaving a little of the pasta water.

Cut open and extract meat from 3 Lobster Tails. Then dice and set aside.

To a Large Nonstick Pan on medium heat, melt 4Tbsp Butter, add in half of your Minced Garlic and Lobster Meat. Allow to cook in that garlic butter and season with Old Bay seasoning. After 1-2 minutes remove Lobster meat, add remaining Minced Garlic, Shallots, Pinch Of Red Pepper Flakes.

After 2-3 Minutes, add in Juice of 1 Lemon, 1-3Cup Seafood or Chicken Broth, 3Cups Heavy Cream, 1/2Tbsp Oregano and Old Bay to taste. Add in your cooked Fettuccine, mix and ensure all noodles are coated in sauce. Add in 1/2Cup Parmesan Cheese and reintroduce cooked Lobster Meat. Give all a nice mix until fully incorporated.

Serve, garnish with freshly Chopped Parsley and a grilled Lemon & ENJOY!!
