Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie/Pazookie

In a Nonstick Pan, place 3/4Cups or 1.5 sticks of Salted Butter. Set the heat to Medium-Low to Medium. It's crucial to maintain a moderate temperature for the butter to brown evenly. Constantly stir the butter as it melts. Keep a close eye on the color to prevent burning. The butter will go through stages, starting with melting, then foaming, and finally browning. Once the butter reaches a rich, golden-brown color and emits a nutty aroma, it is ready. This process usually takes a few minutes. Carefully remove the pan from the heat and immediately transfer the browned butter to a measuring cup.

In a medium bowl, combine 1Cup Brown Sugar and 1/2Cup White Sugar.  Add the prepared Brown Butter to the sugars in the bowl. Mix the ingredients until smooth, using either a spatula or a whisk. Ensure that the brown butter is evenly incorporated into the sugars. Once the mixture is smooth, add in 2 Eggs and 1Tbsp of Vanilla Extract. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.

In a separate bowl, combine 2Cups of All-Purpose Flour, 3/4Tsp of Baking Powder, 1Tsp of Corn Starch, and a pinch of Salt. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the Brown Butter Sugar Cookie Dough. Use a spatula to fold the ingredients together until a cookie-like dough forms. Be careful not to over mix; fold gently until all the dry ingredients are well incorporated, ensuring a consistent texture throughout the dough.

Incorporate 1Cup of Chocolate Chips into the cookie dough. You can use your preferred flavor; in this recipe, Semi-Sweet chocolate chips are recommended for a classic touch. Using a spatula, gently fold in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough. Ensure that each bite will be infused with delicious chocolate goodness.

Take a Cast Iron Pan and generously spray it with Non-Stick Cooking Spray. This ensures that the cookie dough won't stick and allows for easy removal once baked. Transfer your prepared Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough into the Cast Iron Pan. Spread and pat out the cookie dough until the Cast Iron Pan is fully covered. Ensure an even layer for uniform baking.

Bake at 375 for 30 Minutes or until Cookie is nice and Golden Brown on the top.

Remove from oven and let rest for 15 Minutes.

Top Cookie with your favorite Ice Cream, Garnish with a Mint Leaf and Drizzle over Chocolate Syrup. *Can Add Caramel Syrup As Well*
