A appetizer and salad classic but at home. A healthy and flavorful quick meal that's easy to make. Teaching you how to make perfectly juicy chicken breast along with a homemade Caesar dressing. This homemade Caesar dressing is the absolute truth, trust me!

Chicken Caesar Salad & Homemade Caesar Dressing

On a non-wooden cutting board place your 2 chicken breast and butterfly them/cut in half. Creating two slimmer pieces of chicken breast and total of 4 pieces.

Season your chicken with the following: 2tbsp Oil, 1/2tbsp Dried Oregano, 1tbsp Roasted Garlic Powder, 1tsp Smoked Seas Salt and 1tsp Smoked Paprika. Rub in those seasonings and set aside.

For our homemade Caesar dressing in a large bowl add in: 1 Cup Mayo, Juice of 1 lemon, 1tsp Anchovy Paste, 1tsp Dijon Mustard, .5tbsp Garlic Paste, 1tsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Reggiano and salt and pepper to taste. Whisk together and adjust taste as you please.

Place your Medium Nonstick Pan on medium heat and let get hot for 3-4 minutes. While you wait, on a cutting board, dice 3 bacon strips creating bacon bits. Add your bacon bits to your pan and cook for 5 minutes or until nice and crispy. Remove your bacon bits and sit in a paper towel lined sheet pan to drain excess oil.

Drain a little of your bacon grease (optional). Heat should still be on medium, add in your chicken breast into your pan and let cook on each side for 5-7 minutes. Chicken should soak up all that amazing bacon flavor and sear off very well on your chicken. Set your chicken aside to rest on a cutting board.

In a Large Salad/Mixing Bowl add in your romaine lettuce (1 Bag), your bacon bits, croutons (optional) and your desired toppings. Pour in your Homemade Caesar Dressings and toss/mix your salad well combining all those toppings together using Tongs.

You're ready to plate this up, add your salad mix into a bowl or plate. Dice or slice your juicy chicken breast and add on top of your salad and garnish off with Grated Parmesan and/or shaved Parmesan and ENJOY!
