Candied Bacon Wrapped Colossal Shrimp

On a Cutting Board, cut off 1/4 of 8-10 slices of Bacon. Set aside

To some clean, peeled and de-veined Colossal Shrimp, take your Thick Cut Bacon and wrap around the middle of your Shrimp. Use Toothpick to secure Bacon and set on a Lined Sheet Pan.

In a medium sized Ramekin, add in 4Tbsp Brown Sugar & 2Tbsp Cajun Seasoning. Add in a few drops of Liquid Smoke, this provides a smokiness to your glaze. Finish with 2-2.5Tbsp of Cooking Oil or Butter. Mix well

Brush your glaze over your shrimp, make sure both sides are fully coated. Add into the oven and Bake at 400 for 15 minutes then Broil for 5 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved. Remove Toothpicks!

Pair with some Barbecue sauce or sauce of your choice and ENJOY!!
