Ingredients
300 g Carrots (Peeled and sliced)
80 g Habanero
310 g White Vinegar
150 g Water
80 g Sugar
20 g Salt
Directions
Step 1
Peel and slice your carrots.
300 g Carrots (Peeled and sliced)

De-stem and half your habaneros
80 g Habanero
Step 3
Then just add everything to a wide pan, cover and cook for about 15 minutes until the carrots are softened up a bit.
310 g White Vinegar
20 g Salt
80 g Sugar
150 g Water
Step 4
Blend on high and bottle it up! Cheers!
