This meal will not disappoint… need something quick and only requires one pot to make try my Shrimp & Chicken Fajita Skillet 

Shrimp & Chicken Fajita Skillet 

Mix the seasoning thoroughly into the oil. Combine the shrimp into the seasoning mix. Repeat this step in a separate bowl for the chicken breast.

Divide the chicken in four slices, on med high heat cook the chicken breast and shrimp on both sides for 10 minutes each.

Allow the chicken and shrimp to rest once it has completed cooking. Using the same skillet, saute' your bell peppers and onions on med/high heat for 8 minutes. Turn the heat down to med/low. Add Colby Jack cheese, sliced  chicken breast, shrimp and cooked rice, and it’s ready to serve.
